After having a long day at work, both Mijo and I decided to meet up at Tap 415 under the dome of the SF Mall.
This place has been our go to place for a quick bite and cocktails because of their creative cocktails and central location.
The crowd is a mixed of local and tourist because of its proximity to Union Square. Nevertheless, the scene is friendly and casual. The service is super friendly. This is also the reason why we like this place.
The fruity Red sangria (left) and the peppery Slowdown (right).
Red Sangria has grenadine, kappa pisco, grapefruit, peach, lemon, fruit salsa. Slowdown consists of gin, blackberries, red bell pepper, lime and cracked pepper.
Citrusy Pimm's Cup No. 415 (left) and the gingery Dark and Stormy (right).
Pimm's Cup #415 has celery, cucumber, cilantro, lemon, vodka, pimm's no. 1 and ginger ale. Dark and Stormy consists of gosling's rum, ginger solution, lime, ginger beer and bitters.
On both occasions, we paired the drinks with these tasty plates and beer bites.
This one is their Yellowfin Tuna Melt which also has provolone, tomato, bacon on sourdough bread.
This one is their delicious Beer Steamed Pei Mussels.
These are called Tap Fries with sea salt.
Their Dungeness Crab Roll (left) and Fried Chicken.
We love this place and this is one of our go to place for cocktails. It is located inside the San Francisco mall near under the big dome.
