The entire Dubnation is rejoicing once again. The Golden State Warriors are 2017 champions!
Eventhough I personally didn't win, it felt like I did. I feel so lucky to be living in the San Francisco Bay Area and to experience several championships, in baseball and basketball, in a decade. This place is truly a city of Champions. Congratulations Dubs!
After 40 years of waiting, the San Francisco Bay Area basketball fans have finally been granted what they've been wishing, the Golden States Warriors are NBA champions once again!
After weeks and weeks of close games and pressure cooker moments, it is time to celebrate the local champions with a big parade in Oakland.
With the San Francisco Giants (baseball) capturing the 2012 World Series trophy (for the second time in three years) and the San Francisco 49ers (American football) playing in the 47th Super Bowl, it seems to me that the San Francisco's champions' spirit is rubbing off on the Golden State Warriors (basketball). Go Warriors!
Besides that, my name was once again selected at work for a pair of tickets. This time they were not Concourse Suite tickets. I could not believe it when I opened the envelope and saw V-I-P written on the tickets. Whoa!
Before we went on vacation to Asia, we got another set of tickets in the office. Not baseball. Not football. This time, it is basketball. The tickets were Concourse Suite tickets at the Oracle Arena to the Golden State Warriors game against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Before the game day, I didn't have an idea what Concourse Suite tickets were.
I have not seen a live NBA game before so Mijo and I were so excited to be at the game. The Warriors also won that night but that was not the only treat. We discovered an even better treat regarding these tickets. Clue - Concourse Suite.
