We opened a wine that we bought during one of our regular trips to Napa - Clos Du Val 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon. Que rico!
We opened the wine on the first Friday of 2013 and paired it with cold cuts, cherry tomatoes, and soft cheeses. And then we drank the remaining wine the following Wednesday evening and paired it with grilled chicken from our friendly neighborhood Canyon Market.
Here are my notes. Similar to my notes in 2011 but with slight changes on the aromas and flavors.
